I’m an interactive product designer in Portland, Ore. I like to build interesting things with interesting people. Right now, I’m the lead designer at Scroll. I’ve done a bunch of other stuff too. I have a design studio called Amazing Matters. I run a handmade bag company called For Public Good. I designed Beme and some other apps with Team Beme, which was acquired by CNN. I co-founded and led the design of TouchCast, an interactive video tool. I led a team of engineers and designers at Intel creating personal and connected products. I also worked at BlackBerry designing video, messaging, and collaboration applications. My first job was doing industrial design at Motorola back when cellphones were really cool. In school, I studied art, math, and design. When I was a kid, I made a darkroom in my parent’s basement. Want to get in touch? You can email me.
